DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily Fantasy College Football (11/13/21 Early)

breece hall NFL Draft fantasy football rankings rookies draft sleepers

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the main slate on 11/13/21. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win big.

We've got another very large 14-game behemoth on DraftKings for the main slate this week. We begin with some SEC flavor cats and dogs getting together when Auburn hosts Mississippi State. We move to the Big 12(10) with K-State hosting West Virginia. Baylor hosts Oklahoma with the game moved to noon. Unfortunately, that means I wont be getting to Waco in time. The Big Ten(14) gets in on the early action with Indiana's schedule easing up a bit with a visit from Rutgers. Penn State hosts Michigan and Wisconsin hosts Northwestern as well. The nooners close out with SMU hosting South Florida.

The afternoon starts with Tennessee hosting big, bad Georgia. Miami heads up to Tallahassee for a meeting between two hated rivals. There's no love lost between USC and Cal either, especially in Berkeley. Iowa State gets a reprieve in Lubbock. Minnesota heads down to Iowa City to see who gets to take home Floyd. Ohio State hosts a Purdue team that is sniping top teams this year in Columbus. We close it out with one of those victims, Michigan State, hosting little Tua and Maryland. This is going to be fun!

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the early DraftKings slate that locks at noon eastern on 11/13/21. I’ll be providing multiple player suggestions for players at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option apiece at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Quarterbacks

Tyler Van Dyke, Miami ($8,000)

Van Dyke has 93.4 DraftKings points over the last three weeks against solid teams. He finally has a solid grasp for this offense and he has some dangerous receivers out there. Miami's defense does there job by letting the other team stay close. Florida State has been quite a thorn when Jordan Travis is in the lineup lately. Miami isn't going to run off and hide in this one. That's going to keep Van Dyke necessarily active all day.

Gerry Bohanon, Baylor ($7,200)

Oklahoma's run defense has been strong enough to push everything to the air. The problem with that is they can't cover all of the receivers well. One Baylor receiver (I know just who it will be) is going to have a monster game. That means Bohanon will be in line for at the very least a solid stat line. Bohanon had a monumentally bad stat line in the 2019 Big 12(10) Championship Game against Oklahoma, but the Bears still sent that game into overtime. Bohanon is a different quarterback this year. He's going to put up strong numbers in this one.

Aidan O'Connell, Purdue ($5,400)

O'Connell had huge games in upsets of Iowa and Michigan State. In fact, O'Connell threw for 536 yards last week in the upset of Sparty. This team only plays well against top five teams. The bad news for Ohio State? They are firmly in the top five. I'm not calling the upset here, but I am calling for O'Connell to obliterate value at this price. We don't often get value with this much upside.

Also consider: Caleb Williams, Oklahoma ($10,000); Will Rogers, Mississippi State ($7,400); Jordan Travis, Florida State ($6,900); Taulia Tagovailoa, Maryland ($5,900)

DraftKings CFB DFS Running Backs

Breece Hall, Iowa State ($9,500)

As expected, Hall was huge against Texas. He could come up huge again here even if the only plays three quarters. Hall has scored at least one touchdown in 21 straight games. He's good for at least one touchdown, and only Oklahoma State has held him under triple digits in conference play. There are a lot of good options on this slate, but Hall might be the most reliable.

Braelon Allen, Wisconsin ($8,200)

Allen picked up his fifth straight game over 100 rushing yards against Rutgers. Surprisingly, he also got more carries than Chez Mellusi. This should be taken with a grain of salt since the Badgers cruised to a 49-point victory, but considering how poorly Northwestern has been against the run this year, there's plenty of space for both backs to have big games. If Mellusi ends up sitting this one out, Allen is an absolute lock.

Chris Childers, Indiana ($4,500)

Nothing is broken in Stephen Carr's ankle, but the team hasn't even discussed his return to practice yet. Childers should get one start this weekend against Rutgers, and he's carrying a very nice value price into it. If Childers can muster 9.4 DraftKings points on the vaunted Michigan defense despite playing a little over half the game, I really like the ceiling for a whole game against Rutgers at this price.

Ulysses Bentley IV, SMU ($3,700)

Well, this is slightly nuts. Bentley, who has been battling an injured ankle since Week 6, was seen warming up before last week's game against Memphis before being held out again. No official update has been given, but I'll be surprised if Bentley isn't at least in an even split for carries with Tre Siggers here. If Bentley gets any kind of workload at all, he's a huge bargain here.

Also consider: Kenneth Walker III, Michigan State ($8,900); Jo'Quavious Marks, Mississippi State ($6,700); Isaiah Bowser, Central Florida ($6,300); Tre Siggers, SMU ($5,600); Zander Horvath, Purdue ($3,300)

DraftKings CFB DFS Wide Receivers

Charleston Rambo, Miami ($8,000)

Rambo has 23 receptions for 438 yards and three touchdowns over the last three games. He and Tyler Van Dyke have been very good for each other. This Miami offense has an explosiveness that it lacked early in the season. Florida State's defense has played spirited lately, but the offense keeps putting them in precarious situations. I expect another strong game from the duo of Van Dyke and Rambo.

Ryan O'Keefe, Central Florida ($7,200)

The volume is certainly there for O'Keefe. He has at least six receptions in each of the last five games. O'Keefe is the clear favorite for targets from Mikey Keene against an embattled defense and an offense that is struggling a bit right now. This should be a close game, and O'Keefe should flirt with ten receptions. That kind of volume alone is enough to use him in any format.

Tyquan Thornton, Baylor ($6,800)

Meet the latest receiver to go for more than 200 yards on the Oklahoma secondary. Thornton is by far the best of Baylor's lot and he's the guy that Oklahoma wont be able to cover. Whether is results in a win or not is anyone's guess, but that doesn't matter in DFS. What matters is that Thornton is going to go nuts on Oklahoma. It's tradition for one receiver to make them look terrible this year. It's Thornton's turn.

Bo Melton, Rutgers ($5,000)

Melton is the only fantasy-relevant piece that Rutgers has. The Indiana defense has had some issues this year. If Rutgers has any chance of hanging around, Melton is going to have to be a big part of it. He has double-digit fantasy points in all but the Michigan game. I'll take that for this price range.

Rakim Jarrett, Maryland ($4,500)

Jarrett has been the constant since Dontay Demus Jr. went down. A couple of other Maryland receivers have come up big from time to time, but Jarrett is the only guy that we can actually count on week in and week out. Even against Michigan State, there is a path to success for Jarrett, especially with his price this low.

Also consider: Xavier Hutchinson, Iowa State ($7,400); David Bell, Purdue ($6,700); Jayden Reed, Michigan State ($6,100); Peyton Hendershot, Indiana ($4,600); Mike Harley, Miami ($4,200)
