Trey Mancini, John Means Unlikely To Be Dealt
Baltimore Orioles first baseman and starting pitcher John Means are unlikely to be dealt by the end of the trade deadline on July 30. Means is looking like a prime trade candidate, but has struggled since returning from a shoulder injury. He is under team control until 2024, so the team has no rush to trade Means. Mancini has become a leader in the clubhouse and has one more year of arbitration eligibility this winter. Both players are expected to remain in Baltimore for at least one more season.
