Jayson Tatum, Kemba Walker Will Both Miss Tuesday’s Game
Jayson Tatum (ankle) and point guard Kemba Walker (hip) have both been ruled out for Tuesday's contest against Oklahoma City. Tatum is dealing with a left ankle impingement, which will cause him to miss his first outing since March 22. Walker departed Sunday's game with an oblique injury, which has now been updated as a strained left oblique, a notoriously finicky injury. With Jaylen Brown having returned to the mix, he and Marcus Smart stand to see significant workload increases on offense so long as Tatum/Walker remain sidelined. Their next chance to suit up comes Wednesday versus the Hornets.
