New Jersey Devils winger Jesper Bratt won't be in the lineup for Thursday's meeting with the Rangers, missing his seventh game of the season. The silky winger got hurt blocking a shot in Tuesday's 3-0 loss against the Rangers and is listed day-to-day. Pavel Zacha (undisclosed) also remains out on Thursday, leaving the Devils quite shorthanded on the offensive front. Bratt has been among New Jersey's most consistent performers this term with 25 points in 35 games. He's finished pointless just three times in his past 16 games, so the team will be desperate to get him back for another meeting with the Rangers on Saturday. Mackenzie Blackwood, who is winless in six games, starts between the pipes Thursday night.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
