Matt Murray Out On Saturday Versus Jets
Ottawa Senators goaltender Matt Murray will not be available to play on Saturday afternoon as his team takes on the Winnipeg Jets. The 26-year-old departed Tuesday's loss in the second period after colliding with defenseman Nikita Zaitsev. The Senators are classifying Murray's injury as an upper-body injury and he should be considered day-to-day at this point. Following a trade from Pittsburgh in the offseason, Murray has had a rough debut season in Ottawa thus far - posting just two wins, a 3.69 goals-against average and a .882 save percentage in 12 appearances. As a result, Murray should reside on waivers in most fantasy formats.
