Mickey Gall fell to 2-2 in his last four bouts, dropping a 29-28 decision to Mike Perry. Gall's counter-striking game was on point this bout, causing a cut over Perry's eye in the first round. Rolling into the second round, Gall continued to counter Perry strikes. Eventually, the aggressive nature of Perry became too much for Gall, who eventually burned out in the third round. For future bouts, Gall is always a submission away from a victory. His striking seemed to have improved as well from bout to bout. At 28 years old, there is still time for Gall to develop his game and work his way into the top 15 of the welterweight division.--Matt Bricker
