Dallas Cowboys linebacker Leighton Vander Esch (neck) is not expected to play in Week 14 next Thursday night against the Bears. Vander Esch has been out since Week 11 and could be a candidate for Injured Reserve if he doesn't improve anytime soon. Sean Lee is a capable fill-in for more playing time with Vander Esch injured, but the stud linebacker would be a big loss for a team fighting for their playoff lives if he misses the final four games of the regular season. In nine games in 2019, Vander Esch has 72 total tackles, half a sack and a forced fumble.--Keith Hernandez
