Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jordan Howard (shoulder) has not been cleared for contact as of Wednesday. Howard has missed the last two games with this injury, and he's off to a bad start so far as we head into Week 13. He'd be a very enticing RB2/3 if he's able to return against a bad Dolphins Defense, but until we see him cleared for contact you'll have to make plans to be without him. If he misses a third straight week, rookie Miles Sanders will have RB2 upside as the clear lead back against Miami.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
