Joe Gibbs Racing driver Martin Truex Jr. picked up the victory at the Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond Raceway on Saturday night, his first career win at a short track on his 81st attempt. "I've always loved coming here (Richmond)," Truex said. "Tonight we didn't have the best car, but we've lost some here with the best car. We've kept chipping away at it and hopefully we get better from here on out." MTJ ended up leading a race-high 186 laps, helping Toyota maintain its dominance in Virginia's capital city. That's six wins in the past eight Richmond MENCS races for the manufacturer. Next up is a restrictor-plate race on April 28 at Talladega.--Daniel DobishRead More News
