Oakland Raiders left tackle Donald Penn (foot), who is currently on the Physically Unable to Perform list while recovering from Lisfranc surgery, has been asked to take a "small pay cut," according to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport. If Penn declines, the Raiders could release him or trade him. Rookie offensive tackle Kolton Miller could immediately step in and start at left tackle, so the team is open to moving on from the 35-year-old Penn. He's set to make around $8.4 million this year after he held out for most of training camp and two preseason games last year before signing a two-year, $21 million extension in September.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
