Milwaukee Brewers relief pitcher Jeremy Jeffress threw a perfect inning with no strikeouts in the 8-7 win over the New York Mets. Jeffress has pitched at an absolutely phenomenal rate this year, only giving up one run while striking out 24 in 28 innings pitched this year, for a 0.32 ERA. He also holds a 4-0 record. Jeffress has now gone 23 appearances without giving up a run, which ties a Brewers franchise record with Doug Jones, John Axford, and Francisco Rodriguez who all went 23 appearances without giving up a run as well. Jeffress is a must-own in all holds formats and for those punting saves and will look to break the franchise record in his next appearance.--Caden
