Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun (calf) was not in the starting lineup, however, was used as a pinch hitter for Jeremy Jeffress and then was subbed in at first base for Jesus Aguilar. On his first at-bat he was sent out, however, in his second at-bat he hit a two-run double that put the Brewers ahead 5-3. Braun openly admitted as well that he's taking his time to avoid any long-term DL moves in the future. With him being one of the more injury prone players in the MLB, he will spend a large amount of time resting compared to other MLB players, so make sure you have a backup outfielder or first baseman ready to go. With Braun playing defense and getting two at-bats, it will almost be certain he will start on Sunday against the Pirates.--Caden
