The Dallas Cowboys are reportedly excited about second-year tight end Blake Jarwin. With the somewhat sudden news of Jason Witten retiring after 15 seasons, the Cowboys are in the unfamiliar position of not knowing who to throw out as a tight end. Rico Gathers missed all of last season with a concussion but could be an option this year, but the team is more intrigued by Jarwin. Jarwin was an undrafted free agent from Oklahoma State last season and was added to the active roster from the practice squad in October to avoid allowing other teams from picking him up. Jarwin has reportedly received tons of praise from team executive vice president Stephen Jones, and Jarwin should be someone to keep an eye on throughout training camp and the preseason.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
