San Diego Padres third baseman Christian Villanueva went 1-for-3 with a home run, two runs, two RBI, and a walk in the 12-2 win over the New York Mets. The two-run blast extended his personal hitting streak to 11 games and has maintained a .375 batting average over his last seven and 15 games played. The rookie third baseman is looking to be a cornerstone for the Padres and now ups his season stats to a .348 batting average with eight home runs, 18 RBI, and a 1.206 OPS. He's bound to slow down from his insane numbers, but he has the potential to be a star third baseman in the league and should be owned in all formats.--Caden
