The Indianapolis Colts have reportedly turned down multiple trade offers for quarterback Jacoby Brissett, according to NBC Sports' Michael Smith. General manager Chris Ballard spoke highly of Brissett, mentioning "he’s committed, he’s a great teammate, he’s got juice" and "he holds people accountable." Given the sudden transition to an ailing team after being traded by New England last season, Brissett showed real promise after taking the the starting quarterback job from Scott Tolzien. Brissett has two years left on his contract for a total of $1.6 million, meaning there is little downside to keeping him to back up Andrew Luck when he returns. Brissett will carry little fantasy value in 2018, but could be a solid streaming option if Luck is unable to go for the start of the regular season.--TMax-12
