Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin is having a breakout season in his second year out of Oregon. He leads the team with 81 targets and 46 catches on his way to 509 yards and a team-high five receiving touchdowns.

The 9-2 Broncos come out of their bye week with a Sunday Night Football matchup against the Commanders in Week 13, and then they face the Raicers in Week 14. Both of those teams have been top-five matchups for receivers, making Franklin a great scoop and start option if you need to add a WR3 or flex play from the waiver wires.

His great matchup against the Raiders in Week 14 also makes him a strong option if you have starting receivers who are part of the last round of bye weeks and can use him as a ready replacement.

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Wilson has seen a staggering 32 targets over his last two games, converting that into 25 catches for 303 yards. In a rare third-year midseason breakout, he has taken full advantage of the opportunity presented by the two-game absence of Marvin Harrison Jr. (appendix), who continues to recover from an emergency appendectomy.

When asked on Tuesday about Wilson's role upon Harrison's return, Cardinals offensive coordinator Drew Petzing offered that he would be moved around the formation while continuing to see early reads. He went on to say, "When you produce in this league, we're gonna give you more opportunities to continue to do that."

Wilson remains a must-start for as long as Harrison is out, but in a suddenly pass-heavy Jacoby Brissett-led offense, he should maintain flex value down the stretch and into the fantasy playoffs.

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce put up a dud in his team's Week 12 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, recording just one catch for 26 yards on two targets. It was a disappointing result for the 25-year-old, as he had been showing signs of a breakout before the team's Week 11 bye. Across nine games this season, Pierce leads the NFL in yards per reception (21.1).

At the same time, he's averaging a career-best six targets per game. Across four games before Indianapolis' Week 11 bye, Pierce's target rate had spiked even higher to 8.8 per contest.

While Week 12 showcases that Pierce can still have bust weeks, he also holds explosive upside. Pierce should remain a waiver-wire priority in fantasy leagues with 12 or more teams heading into his Week 13 matchup against the Houston Texans.

NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports that the NFL will review San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings' actions on Monday night against the Carolina Panthers for a possible fine, but he won't be suspended.

Panthers safety Tre'Von Moehrig took a cheap shot to a sensitive area for Jennings late in Monday night's game, and Jennings had to be held back following the conclusion of the contest. The 28-year-old caught five of his seven targets for 41 yards and his fourth touchdown of the season in the 20-9 victory.

Three of Jennings' four scores on the year have come in the last four games, and he has a higher fantasy ceiling with quarterback Brock Purdy recovered from a turf-toe injury that caused him to miss most of the season. Going into a tough Week 13 matchup against the Cleveland Browns, Jennings should be viewed as a touchdown-dependent WR3/flex option.
