Michael Pittman Jr. Misses Practice With Glute Injury
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. (glute) was listed as a non-participant in Wednesday's practice due to a glute injury. It's a new injury for Pittman, so his status bears watching as the week unfolds with a Week 10 game upcoming on Sunday in Berlin, Germany, against the Atlanta Falcons. The 28-year-old didn't show any signs of being injured in the Week 9 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, catching nine of his 12 targets for a season-best 115 yards while playing 88% of the offensive snaps. If Pittman can get back on the field on either Thursday or Friday, he should have a good shot at playing this weekend in Europe. The 28-year-old has shown strong chemistry with quarterback Daniel Jones this year and enters Week 10 as the WR11 in half-PPR scoring by averaging 13.1 points per game. If Pittman cannot play this weekend, Josh Downs and Alec Pierce would see more targets in the passing game.
