Washington Nationals pitching prospect Alex Clemmey is getting promoted to Double-A Harrisburg after a strong showing at High-A Wilmington. The Nationals' fifth-ranked prospect posted a 2.47 ERA, 1.33 WHIP, and tallied the second-most strikeouts in the South Atlantic League with 113 in 87 1/3 innings pitched. The southpaw's arsenal includes a mid-90s fastball, a low-80s slider, and a changeup, which generates a high strikeout rate (30.0 percent) but comes with a high walk rate (15.9 percent) that will need to improve as he climbs the ranks. He's only 20 years old and boasts a 6-foot-6 build that could help add velocity down the road, so he's a name to keep an eye on in dynasty leagues.--Jarod Rupp
