Heliot Ramos Goes Yard in Win
Heliot Ramos hit a solo home run to help the club to a 3-2 win over the Boston Red Sox on Saturday. Ramos' first-inning blast off right-hander Brayan Bello was his only hit in a 1-for-4 afternoon. After earning an All-Star nod in 2024, Ramos is quietly putting together a terrific follow-up campaign. The 25-year-old is slashing .282/.360/.470 with 13 homers, 39 RBI, 48 runs, and five stolen bases over 328 plate appearances. Ramos looks like a shoo-in for a second straight season of 20-plus HRs and 70-plus RBI. He also has a strong chance to reach double-digit steals for the first time.
