Logan O'Hoppe Expected to Start on Wednesday
Logan O'Hoppe (head) cleared all concussion tests and is expected to return to the starting lineup for Wednesday's contest against the visiting New York Yankees, according to the Orange County Register's Jeff Fletcher. O'Hoppe was pulled from Monday's series opener against the Yanks when he took a backswing to the head in the eighth inning. The 25-year-old didn't start Tuesday's loss but came in to pinch hit. Fantasy managers will want to check back for the Halos' official lineup later on Wednesday, but O'Hoppe is expected to start against Yankees right-hander Clarke Schmidt, who he has gone hitless against in just one career at-bat. O'Hoppe is one of the most valuable catchers in fantasy and ranks second in homers (14), fourth in RBI (30), tied for eighth in runs scored (20) and fifth in batting average (.265) at the position.
