Jalen Coker fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 9 (2024). Should you start or sit Jalen Coker for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Roster Coker, but don't start him outside the deepest of leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR5
ANALYSIS: With wide receiver Diontae Johnson now in Baltimore, Adam Thielen still on injured reserve, and rookie Xavier Legette being banged up at times, a path has opened up for Jalen Coker to produce for fantasy. An undrafted rookie free agent from Holy Cross, Coker burst onto the scene against the Denver Broncos in Week 8 with four receptions for 78 yards and one touchdown.

While we should temper expectations with the Panthers offense and quarterback Bryce Young, it is notable that the Saints will be missing two of their top cornerbacks and have fallen to 2-6 after starting 2-0.
Coker is worth rostering at this point, but we just need to see a little more consistency to feel good about him in our lineups each week.
