George Pickens fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 6 (2024). Should you start or sit George Pickens for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR27
ANALYSIS: Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens was a popular third-year breakout candidate this season. Unfortunately, the talented receiver has struggled. He is the WR42 for the year, averaging 7.9 half-point PPR fantasy points per game.
The former Georgia star has scored 8.2 or fewer fantasy points in 60% of the games this season. Unfortunately, Pickens hasn’t scored more than 12.8 fantasy points in any game this year. More importantly, he has struggled despite being given every opportunity to succeed.
Pickens ranks 10th in the NFL in target share (27.9%) and 13th in air yards (362). Yet, he is outside the top 40 wide receivers in fantasy points. Part of his problem is a lack of touchdowns, totaling zero in 2024.
George Pickens is already MAD this season 😡

While the veteran is a boom-or-bust flex option in Week 6, Pickens has a solid matchup. He faces a Las Vegas Raiders defense that gave up 22.8 fantasy points to the Denver Broncos wide receiver core last week on only seven receptions.
