CBB DFS: Night DraftKings Daily Fantasy College Basketball Picks - Today's Top Lineups (3/9/24)

Oumar Ballo - College Basketball Rankings, NCAA CBB DFS Lineup Picks

We take a break from the small conference tournaments to concentrate on the end of the regular season for the major conference teams. We have 30 games across three slates today and I will be with you the whole way! This is our last big college basketball Saturday. Next week we have conference tournaments and the weekend after that we have the second round of the NCAA Tournament. We end our late huge college basketball on Saturday with eight games. Let's go out in style!

We begin in Jersey with DePaul heading to Newark to face Seton Hall. New Mexico heads up to Logan to face the Aggies. It's a Tiger battle in Red Stick with Missouri in town. Minnesota heads to the 'burbs to take on Northwestern. Oklahoma State is in Provo squaring off with BYU. Arizona is in L.A. to face the Trojans. The Sun Devils are across town facing the Bruins. We end in Reno with UNLV heading up from Vegas to take on the Pack.

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks on DraftKings on 3/9/24, starting at 8:30 p.m. EST. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower levels. Good luck, RotoBallers.

Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Caleb Love, Arizona ($8.5K)

Love's two worst games of the conference season came against UCLA, so we won't hold Thursday against him. They are the only team to hold him under 28 DraftKings points in the Pac-12 season. Love put up 33.5 DraftKings points in the first meeting against USC in an inefficient shooting night. If Love gets hot, he has slate-breaking potential. He's the perfect GPP play.

Sean East II, Missouri ($7.9K)

It's the last chance saloon for Missouri in their quest for a conference win. East has been outstanding since his return from a knee injury on February 17. He is averaging 25 points, 2.7 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 0.5 steals per game since then. The Tigers nearly got that elusive win in Oxford and scared the bejesus out of Tennessee before nearly sniping Ole Miss again last week. I have a feeling they get that win tonight and East will have a huge game if they do.

Hunter McIntosh, Nevada ($6K)

Even though Kenan Blackshear returned for Nevada against Boise this week, McIntosh was the one who destroyed the Broncos. He scored 26 actual points and 42 DraftKings points in just 24 minutes of game time. This is likely indicative of Nevada's guard rotation with Blackshear back in the fold, so there is still potential for McIntosh to have the occasional big game.

Javon Jackson, Utah State ($4.4K)

The Aggies were looking to shake things up after some uninspiring February performances. One of those shakeups brought Jackson into a more prominent role. Jackson has played 56 minutes over the last two games, putting up 24 points, four rebounds, two assists, and three steals. He's mostly a scorer, but so long as he's scoring, the minutes should be safe and he is performing well above what the price dictates right now.

Also consider: Great Osobor, Utah State ($8.8K); Boo Buie, Northwestern ($8.2K); Jordan Wright, LSU ($7.7K); Jose Perez, Arizona State ($6.9K); Mason Falslev, Utah State ($6.6K); Jamal Mashburn Jr., New Mexico ($6.2K); Adam Miller, Arizona State ($6.1K); Chico Carter Jr.,  DePaul ($5.5K); Richie Saunders, BYU ($5.3K)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

JT Toppin, New Mexico ($8K)

Toppin only played 18 minutes in the first meeting with Utah State because he got into foul trouble. Toppin still has some issues with fouls at times, but he has scored 86 DraftKings points over the last two games. He's worth the risk in GPP formats when he's putting up numbers like this.

Dre Davis, Seton Hall ($7.3K)

Davis has been on a tear lately, putting up at least 30 DraftKings points in five straight games. Despite this rampage through the Big East, his price remains the same as it was five games ago. We need to capitalize on this oversight, especially against DePaul. The Blue Demons are finally healthy and playing much better, but Davis picked up 43 DraftKings points in the first game. That wasn't an accident. Davis might be my favorite play on the entire slate based on the potential for the price.

Fousseyni Traore, BYU ($6K)

Traore only played 17 minutes against Iowa State because of foul trouble, but he still managed to haul down 11 rebounds in that short time. He is capable of scoring in bursts and putting up huge rebounding numbers. The problem is that Traore rarely does both in the same game. If he could ever put both aspects together at the same time, he could have a huge game. Until then, we'll take one or the other since Traore is a near-lock for 20 DraftKings points.

Aidan Shaw, Missouri ($4.8K)

Shaw was a big piece of the Missouri rotation when the season began, but inconsistency and injury reduced his role as the season went on. Lately, Shaw has worked his way back into the fold. He has played 63 minutes over the last two games, compiling 20 points, 18 rebounds, an assist, a steal, and two blocks. He's severely underpriced if he's going to keep getting big minutes.

Also consider: Oumar Ballo, Arizona ($7.8K); Nick Martinelli, Northwestern ($7.2K); Nelly Junior Joseph, New Mexico ($7K); Kalib Boone, UNLV ($6.7K); Adem Bona, UCLA ($6.3K); Parker Fox, Minnesota ($5.5K); Aly Khalifa, BYU ($5.2K); Joshua Morgan, USC ($4.6K); Jesus Carralero Martin, Missouri ($4K)
