Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Greg Dortch (shoulder) was unable to practice with the team on Wednesday due to a shoulder injury. Dortch could be in danger of missing his second game of the year after apparently picking up a shoulder injury in the Week 15 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Even if Dortch were to return to practice this week and play in Week 16 in a bad matchup against the Bears in Chicago, he wouldn't be a recommended flex play for fantasy managers. The 25-year-old didn't make his first catch until Week 9 and has 13 receptions (25 targets) for 139 yards and one touchdown on the year as a whole in 13 contests. With both Dortch and Marquise Brown (heel) up in the air for this weekend, Zach Pascal could join Rondale Moore and rookie Michael Wilson in three-receiver sets versus the Bears.--Keith Hernandez
