Week 11 Fantasy Football DST Outlooks and Rankings Analysis

A new feature has been added to our weekly fantasy football rankings article. Below, you will find our fantasy football outlooks for key options in Week 11, which gives readers a matchup preview of that player and advice on whether you should start or avoid for the upcoming week. We provide outlooks for all 32 NFL teams, which can be found on our player profile pages and our fantasy football news desk.

Miami Dolphins DST
Week 11 Defense Rank: 10

The Miami Dolphins defense/special teams draw an easier matchup right out of their bye when they take on the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 11, a team that ranks 27th in terms of fantasy points allowed to opposing defenses. They give up an average of 9.5 fantasy points per game, which is 3.2 points higher than the league average. Combine that with the fact that the Raiders are starting a rookie quarterback, and six different defenses have scored double-digit fantasy points against them, and you have a great formula for a streaming defense.

Denver Broncos DST
Week 11 Defense Rank: 16

The Denver Broncos defense famously allowed 70 points to the Miami Dolphins in Week 3. But since then, they've turned things around and are allowing fewer than two touchdowns per game, which is good enough to place inside the top 10 in the league. They're still allowing league-highs in points per game (27.6), total yards per game (401.8) and rushing yards per game (158.3) through 10 weeks, but they aren't as good of a matchup for opposing offensive skill players as earlier in the year. But that also doesn't mean fantasy managers should suddenly consider them a strong streaming option, either. They're facing a Minnesota Vikings team on Sunday night that could be getting All-Pro receiver Justin Jefferson (hamstring) back from Injured Reserve with new quarterback Joshua Dobbs able to make plays off script as well as some of the elite QBs in the league.

Cleveland Browns DST
Week 11 Defense Rank: 2

The Cleveland Browns defense will take on the Pittsburgh Steelers at home in Week 11. Cleveland has sported one of the top defenses in the league this season, and they will draw a favorable matchup against a below-average Pittsburgh offense this weekend. The Steelers are 26th in the league in points per game (17.3) and 30th in yards per game (300.1). This game has an extremely low 33-point over/under with the Steelers getting just 16 implied points, so fantasy gamers can feel confident starting the Browns D/ST heading into Week 11.
