After a crash in Saturday morning practice, Joey Logano will be starting last in tomorrow's Homestead race, which is not a good sign for him since it seems that with the Next Gen car. Backup cars have been nowhere near as competitive as they were with previous generations of cars. Judging by Chase Elliott having one of the worst runs of his career last week at Las Vegas after he had to go to a backup car.
