Kevin Harvick makes his final start at Homestead-Miami Speedway tomorrow and his sponsor Mobil 1 has commemorated the event by naming the race the 4EVER 400 to celebrate his retirement tour. However, the odds of Harvick being a significant race factor seem remote. In the last five races on intermediate tracks at Atlanta, Michigan, Kansas, Texas, and Las Vegas, he has only earned two top ten finishes, finished no better than sixth, and failed to lead a lap. The Fords in general and the Stewart-Haas cars in particular have been very slow on intermediates and Harvick has gotten slower himself as the season has progressed. Having qualified a mere 22nd, the best that the race's namesake #4 car can likely expect is a relatively uncompetitive top ten finish.--Sean Wrona - RotoBallerRead More News
