Aric Almirola begins Sunday 33rd for the Verizon 200 at the Brickyard. Almirola has not finished in the top ten since Sonoma in 2019. Last year at Indianapolis, the Stewart-Haas Racing Ford finished 38th as he was collected in one of the first big accidents. There is not much in the way of expectations given he has one top ten since Martinsville in April. The best case scenario has Almirola moving up a few positions on Sunday as his car was also 33rd in practice and kept losing tenths and tenths as the laps ticked down. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
