Austin Dillon is 29th in the points standings and starts 16th for Sunday's race at Michigan. The Richard Childress Racing driver after his early-season points deduction basically needs a win over the next three races to make the playoff. Anything less will be a miss for the Chevy. Dillon has one top five result all season but does have a little success on this two-mile track. He did finish eighth in 2020 and was in the top ten after Stage 2 the past two appearances. 2022 saw him get collected by the "Big One." Last year was some poor pit strategy.
