Toronto Maple Leafs center Auston Matthews won't play Wednesday against Nashville due to an undisclosed injury. He took a maintenance day on Tuesday and was at Wednesday's optional morning skate, but the 25-year-old superstar won't be ready to play. According to head coach Sheldon Keefe, Matthews is dealing with a lingering issue. Matthews exits the lineup with a five-game point streak and has notched 20 goals and 47 points in 41 games during another fine campaign. Bobby McMann will come into the lineup to make his NHL debut Wednesday, while Pierre Engvall will take Matthews' spot in the top six.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
