Cameron Smith comes into the 2022 U.S. Open off four straight made cuts, three of those being top-21 finishes. With that said, Smith sits fifth in the FedEx Cup standings heading into this week's event. However, the U.S. Open doesn't set up well for Smith. So far this season, Smith sits 143rd in strokes gained off the tee. A big reason for his poor play off the tee is his inability to consistently hit the fairway. Smith is currently 151st on tour in driving accuracy, hitting just over 56% of fairways. As always, the rough will be thick this week at The Country Club, which doesn't play well for Smith. In his career, Smith only has one finish inside the top 35 at the U.S. Open, and that came way back in 2015. With his very expensive DFS price, Smith is someone to stay away from this week at the U.S. Open.--Kasey Kuhrts - RotoBaller
