2024 Daytona 500 NASCAR Average Running Position Rankings (Post-Race Analysis)

Joey Logano - NASCAR DFS Picks, Betting Picks, Daily Fantasy NASCAR

NASCAR Average Running Position Rankings from the 2024 Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway. Use this NASCAR loop data info to build lineups on DraftKings.

The NASCAR Cup Series kicked off the 2024 season on Monday with the much-anticipated Daytona 500. Unfortunately, this race was delayed due to rain on Sunday, but the series was able to get the full event in on a clear Monday afternoon and evening.

During the race, it was clear that Joey Logano and Kyle Busch had two of the fastest cars in the field, and that was reflected in their Average Running Positions as well, as they ranked first and second in that statistic. Unfortunately, they were caught up in wrecks so they did not get the finishes to show for it.

Christopher Bell, who finished third, was the highest top-five finisher on the Average Running Position chart, ranking sixth-best. Race winner, William Byron, ranked 18th-best when it came to ARP in the Great American Race.
