Zach Charbonnet fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 3 (2024). Should you start or sit Zach Charbonnet for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in All Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB1
ANALYSIS: Kenneth Walker III (oblique) is expected to miss Sunday's matchup against the Miami Dolphins, opening the door again for Zach Charbonnet.
Seahawks RB Kenneth Walker III missed practice for a second straight day. Looking like another Zach Charbonnet start could be on the way.

The Seahawks' backup was given every running back touch against New England. He converted 14 carries and five catches into 69 yards and a touchdown. That kind of uninterrupted workload can't be found in most NFL cities.
The efficiency wasn't good against New England, but it should improve against Miami. The Dolphins have allowed over 100 rushing yards to running backs in both games this season. James Cook scored three times against the unit on Thursday Night Football.
Unless Walker makes an unforeseen recovery by Sunday, Charbonnet will see another 15+ opportunities. The Seahawks are four to five-point home favorites, setting Charbonnet up as a fantasy football RB1.
UPDATE: Walker is officially doubtful to play in Week 3, setting Zach Charbonnet up for another start
