Detroit Pistons guard Caris LeVert (knee) was downgraded from doubtful to out on Tuesday afternoon before his team faces the Lakers in Los Angeles. He sustained the injury on Sunday in the third quarter against the Clippers. At this point, it's just being described as "soreness," so it may not be a long-term issue. On Tuesday, though, without LeVert in the second unit, both Jaden Ivey and Javonte Green will likely get more playing time. Levert's next chance to return will be Thursday against Miami.--Zach Thompson
