Fantasy Football Trade Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider trading for or trading away heading into Week 12:
Deebo Samuel Sr., WR, Commanders
Trade Value: 43.1
ROS Rank: 53
Washington Commanders wide receiver Deebo Samuel Sr. caught seven of his eight targets for 74 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's Week 11 contest against the Miami Dolphins in Madrid. He also logged a three-yard rush. Samuel became the first NFL player to ever score a touchdown in Madrid as the league wrapped up its 2025 international series.
The 29-year-old has proven to be a valuable addition for the Commanders, stepping up as the team's No. 1 receiver with Terry McLaurin (quad) enduring an extended absence. Samuel continued to showcase his rapport with Marcus Mariota on Sunday, and he'll remain a high-end WR2 option on the other side of Washington's Week 12 bye.
Verdict: Buy-high candidate as he should remain the team's WR1 with McLaurin still sidelined.
Jameson Williams, WR, Lions
Trade Value: 28.3
ROS Rank: 78
Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams recorded four receptions for 88 yards and a touchdown on seven targets in Sunday night's 16-9 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Williams scored the Lions' only touchdown of the night on an explosive 40-yard catch and run in the second quarter in what was otherwise a tough offensive performance against the Eagles' stout defense.
The 24-year-old wideout continued his strong run of production in recent games, now totaling 14 catches on 20 targets for 273 yards and three touchdowns over the past three weeks after their Week 8 bye, averaging 20.1 PPR points per game. With Sam LaPorta (back) placed on injured reserve earlier this week, Williams will have a runway for a strong second half of the season after a disappointing first seven games.
Verdict: Buy-high candidate at WR3 price as he should continue to see stable volume with LaPorta sidelined on the IR.
TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Patriots
Trade Value: 19.5
ROS Rank: 106
New England Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson capitalized on a favorable matchup against the New York Jets in Week 11, scoring three touchdowns as the Patriots became the first team in the NFL to reach nine wins this season. Henderson totaled 19 carries, 62 rushing yards, two rushing touchdowns, five catches, 31 receiving yards, and one receiving touchdown.
While he remained relatively inefficient in terms of yards per carry, he dominated in nearly every other category. Henderson took advantage of an increased workload with Rhamondre Stevenson (toe) sidelined, handling a career-high 88 percent snap share and 24 total touches. Stevenson is getting closer to returning, but the rookie has proven that he deserves to be the lead back even when Stevenson is healthy.
Henderson should continue to be viewed as a high-end RB2 in fantasy football.
Verdict: Top sell-high candidate as he will lose ample workload once Stevenson returns.
RJ Harvey, RB, Broncos
Trade Value: 27.2
ROS Rank: 83
Denver Broncos running back RJ Harvey operates as the lead back in a difficult 22-19 win versus the Kansas City Chiefs. Out-touching running back Jaleel McLaughlin 14-to-7 on the night, Harvey would end up taking 11 rushes for 30 yards and three receptions for 20 yards. The Chiefs have a tough defense, and we knew to temper expectations coming into this week for touchdown opportunities, but this is still somewhat of an underwhelming performance from a fantasy perspective for the 2025 second-round draft pick.
With the Week 12 bye up next for the Broncos, Harvey should be able to scheme up some elite performances for fantasy managers down the final stretch.
Verdict: Prime buy-low candidate. With J.K. Dobbins out for the season, Harvey should carry high-end RB2 upside weekly.
Fantasy Football Trade Rankings Values
The higher the Trade Value number, the higher the priority for targeting in trades. Find your players, add up the trade values of each side of the offer, and see which side of the trade wins.
Who Should I Trade For?
Week 12 Trade Decisions. Today's focus is on specific players - Javonte Williams, Justin Jefferson, TreVeyon Henderson, RJ Harvey, Jameson Williams, Deebo Samuel Sr., Breece Hall. These are some key fantasy football names heading into this week's matchups.
Using The Trade Values. This is a simple trade value tool, but very powerful. In our fantasy football trade value rankings above, you will see the Trade Value for each player. The higher the number, the higher the priority for targeting in trades. Players with a high trade value number are players that you should be targeting more in trades.
How It Works. Each week, our RotoBaller staff puts together their weekly fantasy football rankings, projections, and trade values based on their research. That information is the core data that is powering the decision-making in this trade value rankings.
How To Calculate Trades. Fantasy football managers will make 1-for-1 trades, or 2-for-3 trades, or 3-for-2 trades, or many other combinations. For each side of the deal, add the trade values together. Whichever side has a higher total number wins the trade. For example, if someone is offering you three players, add the trade values of those three players together. Does the value of those three players exceed the values of the player(s) you are trading away? If so then it's a good deal for you.
