PrizePicks MLB DFS Prop Picks for Fantasy Baseball - Thursday July 14th

Corbin Burnes - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Draft Sleepers, MLB Injury News

Kipp's MLB DFS prop picks for PrizePicks daily fantasy baseball on Thursday July 14th. Use his MLB prop picks recommendations to win money on PrizePicks.

Hello everybody and welcome! The 2022 MLB season is alive and well and that means our new friends over at PrizePicks have a TON of great props we can look to take advantage of.

PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.

Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the best, and easiest to win, MLB DFS games in the industry. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER' you can get a 100% match on your deposit up to $100.

PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For MLB, Single Stat consists of pitcher strikeout props in which you determine if the pitcher in question will go over or under their projected strikeout total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Let's see what the board offers today!

Featured Promo: Our friends at PrizePicks are hooking you up. Get a 100% instant deposit match up to $100 with promo code BALLER with your first deposit. Claim your 100% instant deposit match now, and use our prop picks to get off on a winning foot!

MLB DFS Prop Picks for 7/14/22

Carlos Rodon over 7.5 strikeouts - This number may be a bit tight, but is likely worth a shot given Rodon's track record. He has gone over this prop total in four of his previous six starts and has a pretty solid matchup in this one against Milwaukee. The Brewers are posting the ninth-highest K rate against left-handers over the previous two weeks with a rate of 24.5% and are also posting just an average wRC+ mark of 92. Rodon has thrown at least six IPs in five of his previous six starts and has a great shot at doing the same in this one.

Corbin Burnes over 7.5 strikeouts - Burnes has a solid matchup against the Giants as they are currently posting a K rate of 24% against right-handed pitchers over the previous two weeks, which is ranked sixth-worst in baseball. they are also posting just a 75 wRC+ over that same span, which should help Burnes as well. Add in the fact that Burnes has gone over this total in five of his previous six starts, and you have a superb play in this one.

Framber Valdez over 6.5 strikeouts -  Valdez is not typically a massive strikeout pitcher, but he has the best matchup on the board in this one and is certainly capable of getting over this prop total as he has done it in three of his previous five starts, including a 13-strikeout performance against these same Angels back on July 3rd. The Angels are posting a horrific K rate of 35.7% against left-handed pitchers over the previous two weeks, which is ranked dead last in baseball.

Nestor Cortes over 5.0 strikeouts - A lot of people were in on Luis Severino against the Reds yesterday (including a little myself), but he did not quite work out. This will hopefully be a different scenario as Cortes has gone over this total in two of his previous three starts and gets a solid matchup against the Reds from the other side of the rubber. Currently, the Reds are posting a K rate of 28.9% vs. left-handed pitchers over the previous two weeks, which ranks fourth-worst in baseball.
