Casey Wilson's top DraftKings and FanDuel MLB DFS picks for today, Monday, 6/1/26. His favorite daily fantasy baseball lineup sleepers and value picks for DFS on DraftKings and FanDuel.
We have a fun seven-game slate this Monday. Tonight we will see the Angles be the targets on both sides of the ball, and they look great. With that being said, there are some massive leverage opportunities in GPPs that we will speak about in today's article.
If you have not had a chance to check out my model, I will refer to it throughout this article. To get a better sense of where I am, not only on today's slate but on every slate, please give it a look. My plays are solely based on numbers, and this model is the brain behind the operation. I have also created a hitter model that is not public, but I will reference it in this article.
This article will provide my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 6/1/2026, with the slate starting at 7:10 p.m. ET on DraftKings and FanDuel. The lineup picks will showcase elite players, mid-priced options, and value plays. You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for other sports here. Monitoring injury news and today's MLB starting lineups is always essential.
Top MLB DFS Pitcher for DraftKings, FanDuel
Chase Burns, SP - CIN ($10.2K DK/$11.1K FD)
You cannot ignore this man anymore. Chase Burns has fully arrived, and I have been telling everyone this for over a year now. He is, in my opinion, a top 3 pitcher in baseball, and I will continue to play him on every slate until the public catches up.
He has been tremendous this season, but has turned it on as of late. He has a 1.95 xFIP, 40.5% K%, 15.3% SwStr%, and a 0.79 WHIP over his last two starts. He has a 28.0% projected K% with 6.33 strikeouts in this matchup.
The Royals have struggled mightily this season against RHP in 2026. They have a 21.7% K%, .690 OPS, and a 91 wRC+ this season. Over their L14 days, they have a .585 OPS and a 60 wRC+ against RHP. They have a 3.6 implied run total in my model, one of the best-hitting parks in the big leagues, which tells you everything. Fire up, Burns.
Top MLB DFS Stack for DraftKings, FanDuel
Los Angeles Angels (Model-Projected IRT of 6.3 runs) vs. Kyle Freeland
The Los Angeles Angels are the clear stack of the night tonight. They are going to be massively owned in this spot because of the lack of options on tonight's slate and the clear best matchup tonight. Kyle Freeland will toe the rubber tonight in Angel Stadium, and the Angels have a slate-leading 6.3 implied run total in my model tonight.
Kyle Freeland this season has a 4.39 xFIP, 1.75 WHIP, 2.55 HR/9, 38.7% FB%, and a 48.6% Hard Hit%. He has been even worse over his last two starts with a 5.03 xFIP, 2.43 WHIP, and a 3.65 HR/9.
The Angels have been up and down this season offensively, but they profile much better against southpaws. They have a .720 OPS and a 101 wRC+ against LHP this season. I do not mind the fade here because of the volatility baseball has, but your night could be over very quickly if the Angels hit a few dingers.
Favorite Targets: Mike Trout, Zach Neto, Jose Siri, Oswald Peraza, Logan O'Hoppe, Jo Adell
Top MLB DFS Hitter for DraftKings, FanDuel
Mike Trout, OF - LAA ($5.9K DK/$3.9K FD)
Mike Trout is the top play on tonight's slate in my model. He has hit LHP extremely well this season with a .395 wOBA, .240 ISO, and a .904 OPS. He has a 1.667 OPS against southpaws over the L14 days. Freeland has allowed a .561 wOBA, .385 ISO, and a 1.409 OPS during that span. Trout will be the highest rostered player on tonight's slate by a wide margin.
