Casey Wilson's top DraftKings and FanDuel MLB DFS picks for today, Tuesday, 4/28/26. His favorite daily fantasy baseball lineup sleepers and value picks for DFS on DraftKings and FanDuel.
We have a massive 10-game slate tonight on both sites, and it is an awesome slate to say the least. I have a very clear path to the top arms and stacks, and my goal throughout today's article is to outline it in the best way possible so we can all be green at the end of the night.
If you have not had a chance to check out my model, I will refer to it throughout this article. To get a better sense of where I am at not only on today's slate but every slate, please give it a look. My plays are solely based on numbers, and this model is the brain behind the operation.
This article will provide my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 4/28/2026, with the slate starting at 7:07 p.m. ET on FanDuel and DraftKings. The lineup picks will showcase elite players, mid-priced options, and value plays. You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for other sports here. Top MLB DFS Pitcher for DraftKings, FanDuel
Jose Soriano, SP - LAA ($8.6K DK/$11.3K FD)
Jose Soriano will square off against the Chicago White Sox on the road this evening at Rate Field. It will be in the mid-50s at first pitch in an already pitcher-friendly park. Soriano will get great pitching conditions and a good matchup, making him my SP1.
Soriano this season has a 2.83 xFIP, 30.7% K%, 13.4% SwStr%, 0.82 WHIP, and a 0.24 HR/9. He has a 32.5% xK% in my model, so the strikeouts should be even better than what he has currently posted so far this season. His 0.24 ERA is not sustainable, but it shows you the current form Soriano is in.
The White Sox are a great matchup, although they do possess a lot of power. This season, they have a 24.1% K% and a .672 OPS against RHP, with an 88 wRC+. The home runs are real here, but Soriano has a 30.1% FB% and a 32.1% Hard Hit%, meaning he doesn't get hit hard and keeps the ball on the ground.
My model projects Soriano with a 30.4% K% and 7.09 strikeouts in this matchup, while the White Sox have a 3.2 implied run total.
Top MLB DFS Stack for DraftKings, FanDuel
New York Mets (Model-Projected Implied Run Total of 6.8 runs) vs. Zack Littell
The Mets have been in awful form so far to start 2026, but hopefully getting Juan Soto back in the mix sparks this offense. The good thing about their recent form is that they are cheap and very affordable to get in stacks. Tonight, they square off against Zack Littell at home at Citi Field. If they don't break through in this spot, I will give up hope on this team for the time being.
Littell this season has posted a 5.30 xFIP, 1.68 WHIP, 3.96 HR/9, 44.7% FB%, and a 43.6% Hard Hit%. He has a 2.10 WHIP and a 5.40 HR/9 over the L14 days. As I mentioned above, the Mets have struggled this season against RHP, posting a .621 OPS and a 78 wRC+ against the split.
My model projects the Mets to have a 6.8 implied run total even with the current form. That should speak volumes about how bad Littell has been.
Favorite Targets: Juan Soto, Francisco Alvarez, Brett Baty, Luis Robert Jr., Bo Bichette
Top MLB DFS Hitter for DraftKings, FanDuel
Juan Soto, OF - NYM ($5.7K DK/$3.6K FD)
For the second day in a row, I have featured my top hitter from my top stack, which is something I am trying to stay away from to give you all some variation, but the spot is too good to pass up. Littell has allowed a .810 SLG, 20.8% Brl%, and a 49.1% Hard Hit% to LHH this season. Soto is slashing .423/.545/.462 with a 1.007 OPS this season against RHP. His first HR off RHP is coming tonight.
