3 mins agoThe Atlanta Falcons decided to move on from wide receiver Bryan Edwards earlier this week. The former third round pick has now cleared waivers and has become a free agent. The 24-year-old played a very minimal role on the Falcons offense this season. Before that, Edwards had 45 receptions, 764 yards, and four touchdowns through two seasons with the Las Vegas Raiders. There is certainly talent and potential here in Edwards, but Atlanta wasn't the right fit for him. Now, he'll have a chance to sign with a contender as a possible depth option. It's uncertain if he'll have fantasy value right away as it depends on where he signs.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Field Yates

15 mins agoTennessee Titans defensive end Jeffery Simmons (ankle) is listed as questionable for the Week 12 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. The Pro Bowl pass rusher sat out in Week 10, but played last week against the Green Bay Packers. He was limited during practice this week, so the team might wait until warmups to make a final decision. Through nine games, Simmons has 35 tackles, 6.5 sacks, and one fumble forced this season. His absence would certainly be a benefit to the Cincinnati running game.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Around The NFL

21 mins agoDenver Broncos running back Devine Ozigbo will be elevated ahead of the Week 12 matchup against the Carolina Panthers. The 26-year-old will make his third appearance for the team this Sunday. However, he'll be the third string back behind Latavius Murray and Marlon Mack. Possibly, Ozigbo gets a few carries, but it won't be enough to warrant rostering him in most fantasy formats.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Troy Renck

31 mins agoThe Buffalo Bills have decided to add extra depth to their roster. On Saturday, they signed wide receiver John Brown to their practice squad. Bills fans should remember Brown from his two years with the organization. In 24 games, Brown hauled in 105 receptions, 1,518 receiving yards, and nine touchdowns through two seasons in Buffalo. The expectation is that he won't make as significant impact this time around. It appears Brown was added as extra depth, so he probably isn't someone worth stashing in fantasy formats. It's unlikely he makes much of an impact unless Stefon Diggs or Gabe Davis go down with an injury.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Buffalo Blls

41 mins agoNew Orleans Saints defensive back Marshon Lattimore (abdomen) won't suit up for the Week 12 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. The four-time Pro Bowl defensive back hasn't played since Week 5 due to a a lacerated kidney and other issues. The good news is, Lattimore is progressing well and was able to practice this week. However, the Saints are going to take it slow with Lattimore. That means, the Saints defense will have to play at least one more week without Lattimore.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Ian Rapoport

2 hours agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (thumb) has been playing through an avulsion fracture in his right thumb, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. The veteran initially injured himself in Week 5 but has yet to miss a game in 2022. An avulsion fracture occurs when the ligament rips "away from the attachment, taking some bone with it." The resulting joint instability can make it difficult to grip and throw a football. Such an ailment almost always requires surgery, which Rodgers intends to put off until the offseason. For now, he'll remain on the field, playing through pain and trying to get the 4-7 Packers back in playoff contention. In the meantime, he'll continue to rank as a high-end QB2 in fantasy football.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBallerSource: Ian Rapoport

2 hours agoNew Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (illness) and pass rusher Cameron Jordan (eye) are expected to be active for Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. Kamara has played in nine games this season and ranks as the RB14 after compiling 511 rushing yards, 385 receiving yards, and three total touchdowns. He falls into the low-end RB1 tier this Sunday and should see his value rise during a streak of juicy matchups from Weeks 15 to 17. Meanwhile, Jordan has amassed 42 tackles and 5.5 sacks in 2022. His return should benefit the Saints as they look to slow down a 49ers offense loaded with playmakers.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBallerSource: Ian Rapoport

2 hours agoBaltimore Ravens running back Gus Edwards (hamstring, knee) is expected to return in Week 12 following a two-game absence, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. Edwards has been active for two contests this season, rushing 27 times for 131 yards. While Kenyan Drake and Justice Hill should get involved Sunday, expect Edwards to operate as the lead back while ranking as an RB3 in fantasy football.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBallerSource: Ian Rapoport

2 hours agoBaltimore Ravens wide receivers Demarcus Robinson (hip) and Devin Duvernay (hamstring) are expected to be active for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. Robinson has emerged as Baltimore's No. 1 receiver, catching 16 passes for 204 yards over his last three games. He ranks as a WR4 in fantasy football this week. Meanwhile, Duvernay has underperformed, catching just nine passes for 95 yards over his last five contests. He offers some upside in the special teams department but should still be benched in most fantasy leagues.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBallerSource: Ian Rapoport

2 hours agoLos Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford (neck) could miss the remainder of the 2022 season, according to ESPN.com's Adam Schefter. The Rams already made it clear that they won't rush back wide receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) unless they can turn their season around and contend for a playoff spot, and they're expected to use that same approach with Stafford, who suffered a neck strain and is in the concussion protocol for the second time this month. If the veteran does remain sidelined, Bryce Perkins and John Wolford would handle quarterbacking duties.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBallerSource: Adam Schefter
Share:
2 hours agoWashington Commanders pass rusher Chase Young (knee, illness) has officially been downgraded to out ahead of Sunday's game versus the Atlanta Falcons, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.com. There was optimism that Young would play after being activated from the PUP list last Monday, but instead, his 2022 debut will be delayed another week. Washington travels to New York to face the Giants in Week 13, then will be on bye in Week 14.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBallerSource: Adam Schefter

2 hours agoLos Angeles Rams wide receiver Allen Robinson II is "not likely to play" in Week 12 against the Kansas City Chiefs, according to a tweet sent by Ian Rapoport in the early morning hours of Sunday, November 27. Robinson (foot) has been limited at practice. If he misses the game, receivers Van Jefferson and Ben Skowronek could have more opportunities. Tight end Tyler Higbee is questionable. QB Matthew Stafford has been ruled out, so the Rams offense might not be very productive with or without Robinson.--Mitchell Blatt - RotoBallerSource: Ian Rapoport - NFL Network

2 hours agoLas Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs (calf) is expected to be active for Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks, according to ESPN.com's Adam Schefter. There was some concern about Jacobs' status after he was a late addition to the injury report on Friday, but it looks like he's on track to play. The 24-year-old has totaled 930 rushing yards, 251 receiving yards, and seven touchdowns this season. He should be viewed as a strong RB1 option once again this week.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBallerSource: Adam Schefter
Share:
2 hours agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel (hamstring) is expected to play against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, according to ESPN.com's Adam Schefter. He had been listed as questionable. The 26-year-old continues to be a major threat in the passing and running game. Thus, despite playing in an offense with a plethora of mouths to feed, Samuel should be started in all fantasy leagues.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBallerSource: Adam Schefter
Share:
9 hours agoWashington Commanders tight end Logan Thomas (rib, illness) is expected to play on Sunday against Atlanta, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The 31-year-old has done little in terms of production this season, amassing 20 catches for 183 yards and a touchdown in seven games. That said, with so many injuries at the tight end position in Week 12, Thomas has a higher upside than most and warrants some consideration in deep fantasy formats.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBallerSource: Adam Schefter
