8 hours agoGolden State Warriors guard Chris Paul (leg) will suit up for Wednesday's game against the Portland Trail Blazers. The veteran guard has missed the last two games due to a left leg nerve contusion. Cory Joseph has been seeing more run in the rotation with Paul out. The assumption is that Paul is going to resume his normal role off the bench. That means, Joseph won't have much streaming value with Paul back in the picture.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report
Share:
8 hours agoGolden State Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins (finger) is available for Wednesday's game against the Portland Trail Blazers. Wiggins will make his return to the starting five after missing the past two games due to a index finger contusion. His return should push Moses Moody back to the second unit. The expectation is that Wiggins is going to resume his normal role in the rotation, so Moody won't have much streaming value off the bench.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report
Share:
8 hours agoLos Angeles Clippers guard Brandon Boston Jr. (quad) is headed to the G-League for a rehab stint. Boston was cleared for 5-on-5 work earlier this week. That being said, it appears he's ready for his first game action of the year. Boston has been unable to play this season due to tendinitis in his left quadriceps. He's averaging 6.7 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 1.0 assists across 13.8 minutes per game during his first two seasons with the Clippers. That being said, Boston is unlikely to be a significant contributor once he's healthy. He might be able to crack the rotation, but probably won't be worth a look in any fantasy formats.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Joey Linn
Share:
8 hours agoMilwaukee Bucks forward Pat Connaughton (ankle) will remain on the sideline for Thursday's game against the Indiana Pacers. This marks the fourth game in a row that Connaughton has missed due to a right ankle sprain. His absence should mean more minutes for MarJon Beauchamp and AJ Green in the rotation. Normally, neither of them would be streaming options. However, it's a two-game slate and with increased minutes they could be valuable given the limited selection.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Ti Windisch
Share:
8 hours agoLos Angeles Lakers forward Jarred Vanderbilt (heel) is listed as probable ahead of Thursday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans. The expectation is that Vanderbilt will be available for the third time this season. He has been playing minutes in the teens, but that could change over time. Vanderbilt has been an important bench piece and it's likely going to stay there way. That being said, Vanderbilt is unlikely to have much fantasy value if he continues playing minutes in the teens.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Brad Turner
Share:
9 hours agoDenver Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon (heel) will suit up for Wednesday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers. Gordon will play after being listed as probable due to a lingering heel issue. The Nuggets will also start Jamal Murray, so both Reggie Jackson and Justin Holiday will come off the bench on Wednesday. Jackson still has some streaming appeal with Murray limited in this game. The expectation is that Gordon is going to play his normal role on Wednesday.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Vic Lombardi
Share:
9 hours agoPortland Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons (thumb) will return to the starting five for the first time since Opening Night. The young guard suffered a torn UCL in his thumb and has been out ever since. He has been making good progress and will return to the starting unit for Wednesday's game against the Golden State Warriors. The expectation is that Simons is going to be limited during his first game back. Fantasy managers in season-long formats can get him back in their lineups. However, Simons won't be an ideal option in DFS contests for Wednesday's 11-game slate.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Casey Holdahl
Share:
9 hours agoPortland Trail Blazers center Deandre Ayton (knee) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Golden State Warriors. He was originally listed as doubtful ahead of this game due to a right knee soreness. The Blazers will take the cautious approach here and hold Ayton out here. His absence will result in Duop Reath moving into the starting five. He has decent scoring ability, but Jabari Walker is the better streaming choice between the two.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Casey Holdahl
Share:
9 hours agoDenver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray (ankle) will be under a minutes limit for Wednesday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers. It looks like Murray will be back after missing Saturday's game due to a right ankle sprain. However, the Nuggets are going to be cautious and monitor his minutes. That being said, Reggie Jackson should continue having short term fantasy value. Although, he's expected to see a decrease in value once Murray is back to full health.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Ohm Youngmisuk
Share:
9 hours agoOrlando Magic guard Jalen Suggs (ankle) won't return to Wednesday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The young guard fell awkwardly and suffered a right ankle sprain. As a result, the Magic are going to hold him out for the rest of the game. It's unknown if he'll miss more time, so fantasy managers will have to check back for another update. In the meantime, Cole Anthony and Gary Harris should see increased minutes with Suggs unavailable.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Orlando Magic PR
Share:
9 hours agoDallas Mavericks guard Dante Exum will move into the starting five ahead of Wednesday's game against the Utah Jazz. The Mavs are looking to fill the void with Grant Williams (knee) unable to play. Exum is averaging 6.5 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists across 13.8 minutes over his last 10 games. The Mavs are desperate with multiple players sidelined for this game. That means, Exum should get a decent look in the rotation, but isn't a must-have streaming option on an 11-game slate.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: Dallas Mavericks
Share:
10 hours agoCharlotte Hornets center Nick Richards will move into the starting five ahead of Wednesday's game against the Chicago Bulls. Big man Mark Williams (back) will sit out this game, so Richards should have a significant role in the rotation. Richards averaged a double-double during nine starts last season. He's well worth a look as a streaming option with the Hornets shorthanded on Wednesday.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: NBA.com
Share:
10 hours agoChicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (toe) is available for Wednesday's game against the Charlotte Hornets. He was considered probable coming into this game, but will officially suit up for this game. He'll be in the starting five and resume his normal role in the rotation. The presence of Caruso will mean less minutes for Ayo Dosunmu in the rotation on Wednesday. Fantasy managers who have Caruso rostered and safely return him to their lineups.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report
Share:
12 hours agoPhiladelphia 76ers guard De'Anthony Melton (illness) was originally listed as probable so the fact he was upgraded to active doesn't come as a huge surprise. He'll be back in the starting five along with a fully healthy Sixers squad for the first time since Kelly Oubre Jr. (ribs) first got injured. Melton's fantasy value will likely take a bit of a hit with the team's offensive firepower back on the court, but his defensive value should remain the same. Melton continues to see higher value in deeper leagues.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBallerSource: Ky Carlin
Share:
12 hours agoCleveland Cavaliers forward Dean Wade (ankle) has missed the last six consecutive games but has been upgraded from questionable to active on Wednesday. He will take the floor against the Orlando Magic but he's going to come off of the bench in a limited capacity for his first game back. Wade likely won't be a big fantasy contributor in this game, but his return could mean fewer minutes for Georges Niang and Isaac Okoro which would make all three hard to start in fantasy leagues except for the deeper ones.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBallerSource: Chris Fedor
