Allen isn't a big-name defender, but he had a big impact in 2022 with 5.5 sacks, 47 tackles and 16 pass breakups. J.J. Watt is now retired, so the Cardinals can ill-afford to lose Allen, who is built in the same model of Watt's frame. The 25-year-old missed the last four games of the season due to a hand injury, but he could be a big part of the team's future on defense.
