Wyatt Johnston Scores Twice In Win Over Blues
2 years agoDallas Stars center Wyatt Johnston potted two goals in Wednesday's 5-2 victory over St. Louis. He opened the scoring with an even-strength tally 5:49 into the game and had a power-play marker in the second period. Having scored 23 goals, Johnston is the most prolific Stars rookie in front of the net since James Neal (24) in 2008-09. He's behind only Seattle's Matthew Beniers (24) in goals among first-year players this season. It's been a strong rookie campaign for the 19-year-old, with Johnston registering 40 points across 81 games.
