Miami Heat guard Norman Powell (back) is available to play ahead of Sunday's game against the Phoenix Suns. As expected, Powell is cleared to play after being listed as probable coming into this game. He has been dealing with a back issue, but will continue to play through the injury. Powell will continue to have a significant workload while the Heat are without Tyler Herro (ribs) and Davion Mitchell (shoulder) right now.
