Ugo Amadi Back With The Saints
9 months agoNew Orleans Saints executive vice president/general manager Mickey Loomis announced on Tuesday that the team re-signed safety Ugo Amadi to an undisclosed deal. The 5-foot-9, 201-pound defensive back was originally drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the fourth round (132nd overall) in 2019 out of Oregon. He played the first three seasons of his NFL career in Seattle before playing for the Chiefs and Titans in 2022 and the Saints last year. In a depth capacity for New Orleans in 2023, the 26-year-old safety has 12 tackles (six solo) in 17 games played (zero starts). Amadi will do the same again in 2024 while also contributing on special teams for the Saints. Avoid him in IDP fantasy leagues.
