Tytus Howard Unlikely To Play Against Bengals
Houston Texans interim head coach Romeo Crennel said that it's "unlikely" that offensive lineman Tytus Howard (concussion) will play in Week 16 against the Bengals after suffering a concussion in the Week 15 loss to the Colts. The 24-year-old first-round pick in 2019 has started all 14 games for Houston's offensive line this year, so his absence would be a downgrade for quarterback Deshaun Watson this weekend. Even though Watson's ceiling has lowered a bit with top wideout Will Fuller V suspended through the end of the season, he should still be in play as at least a midrange QB1 despite the fact that Cincinnati's defense has allowed the fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks in the last five weeks. Update: the Texans placed Howard on Injured Reserve, ending his 2020 season.
