Cleveland Browns cornerback Troy Hill (neck) was released from a Boston-area hospital on Sunday night and was diagnosed with a cervical neck sprain after being taken off the field on a stretcher in the Week 10 blowout loss to the New England Patriots. Hill was scheduled to travel back to Cleveland on Monday. We'd be surprised if the 30-year-old is able to return to action in Week 11 against the Detroit Lions, but we'll monitor his status this week when the Browns return to practice on Wednesday. Hill had movement in his extremities on Sunday night, so that's another good sign for his status moving forward. The 30-year-old is in his first year in Cleveland and has 41 tackles (29 solo) and two sacks in 10 games played (four starts).--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
