6 years agoToronto Blue Jays starter Trent Thornton allowed four runs on five hits in five innings of work during an 11-7 win over the New York Yankees on Wednesday night. Thornton struck out four batters while walking three. The 25-year-old has allowed at least three runs in three straight starts. Thornton owns a 1-4 record on the season to go along with a 4.73 ERA, 1.36 WHIP, and 69/31 K/BB rate. He is a low-end streaming option at best.
