Trace McSorley Likely Has Sprained Knee
4 years agoBaltimore Ravens quarterback Trace McSorley (knee) will undergo an MRI exam on Tuesday, but it's believed that he suffered a sprained knee late in the Monday night win over the Browns. He'll be week-to-week. McSorley was injured with two minutes remaining in the game. He was replacing Lamar Jackson, who headed to the locker room after experiencing cramping. If McSorley cannot play in Week 15 against the Jaguars, practice-squad quarterback Tyler Huntley is expected to serve as Jackson's backup. Huntley went undrafted out of Utah. He's been active for just one game and has yet to play a snap in the NFL. McSorley was serving as Jackson's direct backup because Robert Griffin III (hamstring) injured his hamstring on Dec. 3 and was put on Injured Reserve.
