The Seattle Kraken have acquired winger Tomas Tatar from the Colorado Avalanche in exchange for a 2024 fifth-round draft pick. Tatar didn't really fit with the Avs, as he totaled just nine points (one goal, eight assists) in 27 games while playing in a depth role. With the Kraken, Tatar has a chance to see more ice time and some powerplay time as well, as Seattle usually shuffles their forwards around as they see fit. He isn't a good fantasy option right now, but after posting 48 points in 82 games last year, he is someone to watch in deeper leagues.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
