The Tennessee Titans requested an interview with Indianapolis Colts assistant general manager Ed Dodds for their general manager job, according to a source. The Titans are in search of a new GM this offseason after surprisingly firing previous GM Ran Carthon earlier this week but retaining head coach Brian Callahan. Dodds has been in Indy's front office with GM Chris Ballard since the 2017 season. He has 21 years of experience in the league with various positions that have included scouting and personnel departments before rising to the assistant GM position with the Colts. In addition to the Colts, Dodds has worked with the Las Vegas Raiders and Seattle Seahawks. With the Titans focusing specifically on a GM with vast personnel experience, Dodds certainly fits the bill. Tennessee will have the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 draft.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
